Our Privacy Commitment

Nancy Anderson Fit LLC., a Texas limited liability company (“NA Fitness” “we,” “us” or “our”) is

committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of users of our website (the “Service”). As such,

we’ve established and implemented this Privacy Policy to inform users of the Service of how we use and

protect the information we collect through the Service. By visiting, browsing, or making use of the

Service, you consent to NA FITNESS's collection, use, storage, deletion, transfer to the United States, and

disclosure of personal information relating to you as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy

is effective as of the date set forth above and covers our collection, use, and disclosure of information we

collect through the Service.


PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Device information

When you visit the Service, we automatically collect certain information about your device,

including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies

that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Service, we collect information

about the individual web pages or products that you view, what website or search terms referred

you to the Service, and information about how you interact with the Service. We refer to this

lectures, or past purchases.

Information, Order Information, and Account Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the

 Protection of rights. NA FITNESS will share personal information if we have a good faith belief

satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or a

request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, (ii) such action is necessary to detect,

prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues associated with the Service, or

(iii) such action is appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of NA FITNESS, its

employees, clients, or users of the Service.

 Asset transfers. If we become involved in a merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the

sale of some or all of NA FITNESS assets or a line of business, user information, including

personal information collected from you through your use of the Service, could be included in the

transferred assets. Should such an event occur, NA FITNESS will use reasonable means to notify

you through a prominent notice on the Service. By sharing your personal information with NA

FITNESS, you are giving NA FITNESS consent to transfer your personal information to a third

party in an asset transfer described here. 

 Service Providers. We may share your personal information with third party vendors or service

providers that we engage for the purpose of fulfilling product orders or processing information on

our and your behalf. For example, we may partner with other companies to process payments for

the Service. Additionally, we may partner with other companies to process, analyze, and/or store

data, including, but not limited to, analytical data used to tweak and maximize your experience.

While providing services for us, these companies may access your personal information. To the

YOUR EU RESIDENT RIGHTS

As a European Union Resident, you enjoy certain protections under the Global Data Protection

Regulation or GDPR. The GDPR is a new piece of legislation applying to users residing within the

European Union. In compliance with the GDPR, users who are residents of the European Union

may request:

a) Access copies of any personal data concerning you, as a user of the service, to be received by

you within one month.

b) Corrections of inaccurate data concerning you as a user of the service.

c) Deletion of your data if any of the following apply:

The rights above may be subject to certain conditions, such as–but not limited to–NA FITNESSS need to

comply with enforcement of civil law claims; prevention, detection, or prosecution of criminal offenses;

Mediation

If you are a resident of a country outside the European Union, you agree that, in the event any dispute or

claim arises out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, you and NA FITNESS will attempt in good faith to

negotiate a written resolution of the matter directly between the parties. You agree that if the matter

remains unresolved for forty-five (45) days after notification (via certified mail or personal delivery) that

a dispute exists, all parties shall join in mediation services in Dallas, Texas, with a mutually agreed

mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute. Should you file any arbitration claims, or any administrative

or legal actions without first having attempted to resolve the matter by mediation, then you agree that you

will not be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees, even if you would otherwise be entitled to them.

EU Dispute Resolution

While we hope that if you're in the EU you enjoy our Service, if you have inquiries or complaints please

within 45 days. In compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles, NA FITNESS is committed to

resolving complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.

International Transfers

Personal information collected on the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any

other country in which NA FITNESS or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by

using the Service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by, and construed under, the laws of the United States of America and the

laws of the State of Texas, excluding its choice of law provisions.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Service, we will maintain your Order Information for our records

unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SECURITY MEASURES

We treat data private information that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. To

safeguard the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information, we may use standard practices

and technologies including but not limited to firewalls, and SSLs.

However, no server, computer or communications network or system, or data transmission over the

Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect user information, we

cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or through the Service and

you acknowledge and agree that you provide such information and engage in such transmissions at your
